Designed with accessibility and guest comfort in mind, Toyota Stadium is committed to an inclusive, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for every guest.. The venue follows ADA accessibility guidelines to help ensure all guests can enjoy their experience safely and comfortably.
This guide provides information about available accessibility features, services, and resources throughout Toyota Stadium. Stadium Access
Accessible stadium entry is available at all gates. Guests who need assistance entering or navigating the stadium may speak with the nearest Toyota Stadium team member.
Accessible parking is available for guests with a valid disability parking placard or license plate in the Sienna South Blue Lot.
An accessible curbside drop-off and pick-up area is available near Gate D & E. The drop-off area provides a level, step-free route from the vehicle unloading area to the accessible stadium entrance.
General Support
Trained service animals are welcome at Toyota Stadium when accompanying a guest with a disability.
Service animals must remain under the handler’s control. They should be harnessed, leashed, or tethered unless those devices interfere with the animal’s work or the guest’s disability prevents their use.
Animals whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support are not considered service animals under the ADA.Guests who need to bring medications, medical equipment, medically necessary food or beverages, or other disability-related items should email CustomerService@FCDallas.com before arriving so our team can assist with clearance.
Accessible seating and companion seating options are available for Toyota Stadium events and are located at the top of the seating bowl in Sections 122–132, Row 33.
Wheelchairs, scooters, walkers, and other mobility devices are permitted at Toyota Stadium.
